REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
1. Registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis. In order to hold a spot for your team, the
registration fee must be received with the registration form. We will not hold a place for your team
without the registration fee. You must send in or bring the completed form with the fee.
Please note the
following: If you plan to send the form via Fed Ex or UPS you must use our
physical
address listed on the registration form. If you plan to use
the postal service (i.e. Priority mail)
please use our P. O. Box listed on the registration form.
2. This year the registration fee is $175 and is NON REFUNDABLE. We have imposed this rule for the
2011 tournaments to try and prevent teams from signing up and dropping out at
the last minute. If you
sign up and drop out at any time and we are able to replace your team, the fee
is still NON REFUNDABLE.
Please do not ask to have a refund if your team successfully registers and has
to drop out.
3. FORMAT: 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U: Pool Play to Single Elimination on Sunday, 3 game guarantee
13U, 14U, 15U: Double Elimination with 3 game guarantee
4. Registration will be limited in each age division. Each league or travel association is
limited to registering one team in each age group.
5. A roster sheet and copy of each players birth certificate or official ID league cards must be provided to
the tournament director before the first game. Teams are highly encouraged to send, email, or fax this
information to the park before the start of each tournament.
6. Confirmation letters will be sent or emailed to those teams who successfully register. Those teams that
are placed on the waiting list will receive a letter indicating such along with the $175 registration fee
back. Information packets including rules and brackets will be emailed or sent 2 to 3 weeks prior to the
tournament dates. Brackets and rules will also be posted on the parks web site.
7. Each weekend tournament begins on Thursday. Only local teams or teams without a far travel distance
will start play on Thursday, unless otherwise requested. Teams traveling from farther distances will
begin on Friday or possibly Saturday morning.
